- Cheesemongers who are advancing their journey in cheese
- Those who are moving into a managerial role or looking to open their own cheese shop
What you will learn?
We will cover a LOT in 5 days in the classroom, in the Mons caves, in a Mons Shop and at a winery.

Class size: Maximum of 6 students, minimum of 4 students
Tuition: €2800, which includes lodging, breakfasts and lunches, and ground transportation during the course.
