Emma is delighted to announce that she has joined the Mons Formation team as the Anglophone teacher in the UK. She will be teaching the Mons Formation Cheese Courses for Cheese Professionals from 2024 alongside Laurent Mons.
Emma comes from a long background of retail management experience and her cutting, wrapping and display skills are sought after globally. This is a unique experience to learn with two highly trained experts in the field in a week long residency in France.

Emma is an expert in cheese retail having worked with retailers such as Mons Cheesemongers and Whole Foods Market. As a wholesale manager, she trained hundreds of cheese businesses including names such as Selfridges & Fortnum & Mason, as well as chains like Honest Burgers and restaurants such as Helen Darroze @ the Connaught. Her in depth, practical approach allows you to absorb her hands on knowledge and experience as well as dipping in to her extensive network of contacts and recommendations.
